” Commerce with all nations, alliance with none, should be our motto” – Thomas Jefferson (1799)

“I deem (one of) the essential principals of our government (to be) peace, commerce, and honest friendship with all nations, entangling alliances with none….” – Thomas Jefferson (1801)

“Our loyalty is due entirely to the United States. It is due to the President only and exactly to the degree he efficiently serves the United States. It is our duty to support him when he serves the United States well. It is our duty to oppose him when he serves it badly.” - T. Roosevelt (1918)

Who are the idiots?

The people who represent us in concord are loosing their minds. The are much more issues on the plate that pertain to all residents in New Hampshire. Repealing a bill that already protects different sexes in New Hampshire is a waste of  time. What is Ed Butler’s motorvation for this bill? I do not care if an male individual wants to feel like a woman, when it comes to public facilities men going into a woman’s area should not be allowed. This will only open the door for predators and lawsuits. Next election you may want to rethink about who you are voting for.

U.S. Rep. Peter King (R-NY) has introduced a bill, H.R. 1228, to repeal Presidential Executive Order 13166, which forces government offices and federal contractors to provide services in multiple languages.

The order – which was never debated or approved by Congress — is an attempt by government bureaucrats to force multilingualism on the American people.

The Office of Management and Budget estimates it already costs taxpayers billions of dollars annually. When fully implemented, the cost will be enormous.

Please email your representative and urge them to co-sponsor H.R.1228.

Vitter Forces Legislative Pay Raise Vote in Congress

Tuesday, March 17, 2009 posted by baconda

(Washington, D.C.) – U.S. Sen. David Vitter yesterday forced the U.S. Senate to take up his amendment to end Congress’s ability to give itself automatic pay raises. Vitter was blocked from offering his amendment all week by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid who was using his authority as Senate leader to cherry pick only the amendments he wanted to be debated. Late last night, Reid called for the unanimous consent of the Senate to move forward with further votes on the omnibus, and Vitter objected to proceeding until he was given assurances that his amendment would receive a roll call vote. That vote on Vitter’s amendment is likely to occur on Monday Tell Senator Schaheen to Vote Yes.
